All Vita Aminos products are sold strictly for in-vitro research purposes. Due to the sensitive and perishable nature of research-grade peptides, all sales are considered final. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
1. All Sales Final
All purchases made through Vita Aminos are final at the time of sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than those outlined in Section 2 of this policy.
By completing your purchase you acknowledge and agree that you have read and understood this refund policy in full.
2. Eligible Claims
Refund or replacement requests will only be considered under the following circumstances:
- Incorrect item received — you received a product different from what was ordered
- Damaged on arrival — the product arrived visibly damaged or compromised, with photographic evidence provided
- Missing items — your order was incomplete relative to your confirmed order summary
All eligible claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery confirmation as recorded by the carrier. Claims submitted after this window will not be honored under any circumstances.
3. How to Submit a Claim
To submit an eligible claim, email support@vitaaminos.shop within 24 hours of delivery with the following:
- Your full name and order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the item(s) received and original packaging
Incomplete submissions will not be processed. We aim to respond to all claims within 2 business days.
4. Non-Eligible Circumstances
The following are explicitly excluded from refund or replacement consideration:
- Change of mind or accidental order
- Claims submitted more than 24 hours after delivery confirmation
- Products that have been opened, used, or stored improperly
- Packages lost or delayed in transit (see Shipping Policy)
- Orders placed with an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
- Dissatisfaction with research results — products are sold as-is for research purposes only
5. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback without first contacting Vita Aminos to resolve the issue is considered a violation of this agreement. We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback filed where this policy has not been followed and to report fraudulent chargebacks to the appropriate authorities.
6. Resolutions
Approved claims will be resolved at Vita Aminos’ sole discretion as either a replacement shipment or store credit. Cash refunds to the original payment method are not guaranteed and are issued only in exceptional circumstances.
